| 1) Posted by: joe May 28, 2006 7:59 AM I find you to be thought provoking--not steamy, offensive, or provocative. Your un/intentional provoking thinking has its' inherent contagion. Truly free thinkers are Always a threat to the status quo. You see the "powers that be" are wanting to keep said power. As the first rule of politics goes: to stay in power. Your seemingly infinite foray of interest into literature, books, contemporary themes and issues is most impressive and, thereby engenders responsive interest from countless quarters. In this vein you remind me of typical Mensans. You live its' Credo already. The simple creed goes~...don't claim to know or even think correctly, yet do think alot. I no longer pay membership "dues" (they once had no dues) nonetheless they make an excellent generalization. Regarding your current (subject to change) angst (due to rejection) with Wilmington may have something to do with the Trust ($) aspect. Perhaps revealing a personal mind-set: History has shown repletely the negative results of those consumed with greed and avarice. Tell it like it is >Money Makers Incorporated (MMI). Why be personal when you can be impersonal? So says MMI. Corporations have no soul. You were acturarily deleted. I love quotations and adore them when they fit! Try these on for size: Einstein: "Why should they open their arms to one who devours hard-boiled capitalists?" Swift: "When a true genius enters this world, you may know him by this sign: That all the dunces will be in a confederacy against him." Anon.: Its' a strange homage that inferiority renders to true merit. Take heed young heart! Feel better? |
